Technology that can estimate results of education; education quality problems; "Teletesting" system and etc.
Conference program includes round tables and workshops. At the same time exhibition-fair will take place. It will gather leading Russian educating Software and Hardware producers and publishers of educational-methodical literature. Commercial companies will organize presentation of new educa-tional tools and software.
Conference schedule: 5 November (ex 2 p.m. up to 6 p.m.) - arrival and registration of partici-pants, 6 November-ceremonial opening, 6-9 November - work of sections, 9 November -ceremonial closing. Exhibition will work 5 November ex 2 p.m. up to 6 p.m.; 6-7 November ex 10 a.m. up to 6 p.m.; 8 November ex 10 a.m. up to 5 p.m.

Organizational fee is USD 300. It provides for you:
Official registration as conference participant. You will be included in participants list which will be published in conference materials and on conference Web-site;

Organizational fee has to be remitted up to 10 September. Then it is necessary to send to Organizational Committee filled application (registration form enclosed) by usual post or by E-mail. Payment requisites have to be written obligatory.
Food, inhabitation and travel fees have to be paid by participants themselves. Dining-hall will work during conference.
Thesis publication
In order to publish thesis it is necessary to pay organizational fee and send them up to 10 September 2001. After payment Program Committee will confirm thesis and as far as they will arrive they will be published on official site "ITO" in the Internet. Also, before conference we shall publish Collection of materials with edition 1000 copies. Thesis volume has to be less than 10 000 symbols including intervals.

Thesis are accepted in one of following formats only:

Page format A4, type Arial, 12 points. Text width: 15,7 cm.
Text formatting:
Any actions at text are not recommended (first indent, centering, indentation, division of words and etc) except bold words, underlining, lists marking and numeration (first level);
Insertion of bit-mapped pictures is not recommended.
Paragraphs have to be separated from each other by empty line (additional "Enter")

Thesis has to be sent as files via E-mail to address ito@bitpro.ru or b_office@aha.ru. If you would like to use archives, please, use formats zip or rar only. After receipt of letter with thesis, confirmation will be sent to you.
Name of thesis file has to be last name of author or last name of first co-author.
